Our restaurant is called "LAS ALFORJAS". This was a bag the Guanacastecos used to carry their foods while they were travelling.

The structure of the restaurant is of a typical Guanacaste beach ranch, which is the art of using wood and palm leaves. Our foods are prepared and cooked traditionally cooked a the typical wood oven. Our clients can observe the preparation and cooking of everything on our menu, through our open kitchen concept.

Some of our typical dishes are; arroz de maiz, tamales, tortillas, gallo pinto, tanelas, tamel dulce, rosquillas, and lots more. Additionally, we have international dishes as well.

Our bar is called "La Coyolera", which is the name of a drink called "Vino De Coyol" ; this drink is naturally extracted in a traditional way from a local tree. We also serve a variety of national and international drinks and cocktails.
